A Friendship Poured Into a Wine Bar
Rendezvous was born from a simple belief, good wine shouldn't come with a side of pretension.
Rendezvous was born from a simple belief, good wine shouldn't come with a side of pretension.
Where It All Started
Max is French. Giuseppe is Italian. They met three decades ago over a bottle of Burgundy neither of them could properly afford, and they've been arguing about wine ever since. The idea for Rendezvous started as a complaint. Too many wine bars selling overpriced bottles with no story, food that was an afterthought, and rooms that felt cold and intimidating, like you needed a certification just to order a glass. Max and Giuseppe wanted somewhere they'd actually want to go: a good pour, a proper charcuterie board, real conversation, no attitude. So they built it. The wine list is French and Italian because that's what they know. The food is real because they wouldn't have it any other way. And the atmosphere is relaxed because that's the whole point.
